Please use Internet Explorer to access the system

In order to use the online Self Service portal, support for Java must be enabled in your Web browser. If you do not have the Java installed on your machine, you will have to install one. To install Java, double click the link below and install the latest update file:

Follow steps in the “Instructions” link below right for your chosen Java file.

When Java is successfully installed, go to Control Panel and right click on Java icon. Click Open -> Security -> Edit Site List… Click Add button and paste url address . Click OK, Continue & OK buttons simultaneously. Close Control Panel.

Click on Login below to access the system.

NB: If the browser displays a blank white page after clicking Agent/Broker Login link above, add the url address to the exclusion list of your anti-virus and if problem persists make sure the url address’ ip address and port 9001 are allowed in your network.
