Which Medical Facilities accept Generation Health?

Plan upgrades are done during the first three months of the year i.e. January to March except for upgrade due to promotion which must be supported by letter from employer.

Members need to complete member record amendment form and attach birth record, if account is under a group the form needs to be signed by employer representative, and this should be done within 3 months if not they will be affected by waiting period. Membership card will be produced after submission of copy of birth certificate.

Send copy of a well completed claim form and receipt to claims@genhealth.co.zw. Make sure the claim and receipt are submitted within 90 days from the treatment date.

Membership application forms accompanied by copies of national IDs of each member and dependents if there are adults and copies of birth certificates for children to be submitted to marketing@genhealth.co.zw. Individual applications for members 50 years and above are subject to a medical exam with the cost borne by the applicant. 

Generation Health is an open fund where membership is accepted from individuals to corporates and from informal and formal sectors. 

Individual members joining should be below 69 years at inception and there is no cut off age for members joining under organisations

3rd of each month. Medical aid is payment in advance. 

How often should I go for a medical check-up?

It is recommended to have a general medical check-up at least once a year. Regular screening helps with early detection and prevention of chronic conditions.

Drinking 6–8 glasses of water daily helps regulate body temperature, support digestion, flush out toxins, and maintain healthy skin and organ function.
