Generation Health Banking Details
Kindly quote your member or group number when paying and send proof of payment to the attention of our Credit Control Officers, on [email protected] for reconciliation purposes and update in the system.
Generation Health is an open Fund where membership is accepted from individuals and corporates from informal and formal sectors.
Members need to complete member record amendment form and attach birth record, if account is under a group the form needs to be signed by employer representative. Membership card will be produced after submission of copy of birth certificate.
