Member Login Help
- Click the appropriate portal button above.
- On member Sign In screen, capture username in the username field then password. Click Sign In button.
- If not yet registered. Click new user.
- Registration: capture member number in Membership No. field
- Capture password and confirm.
- Capture name for example hsmith in username field
- Verification: select either email or cellphone number that matches the one you provided Generation Health
- Click register
- Append the verification pin
- Click Verify Now button
- Capture name and password in respective fields
- To change password, click drop down arrow top right of screen, go to Settings, capture current password, then new password and repeat new password. Click Change password button.
